
Supplies
- 2 cups Kale
- ½ Lemon, zested
- ½ Lemon, juiced
- 3 T of parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 T of EVOO
- ½ Avocado, chunks
- Salt and Pepper
Pasos
- In a Medium bowl add Kale, EVOO, salt and pepper.
- Massage this mixture in the bowl for 1-3 minutes to soften the stiff leaves.
- Add lemon zest, parmesan, lemon juice and avocado and toss.
