  • 2 cups Kale
  • ½ Lemon, zested
  • ½ Lemon, juiced
  • 3 T of parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 T of EVOO
  • ½ Avocado, chunks
  • Salt and Pepper

Pasos

  1. In a Medium bowl add Kale, EVOO, salt and pepper.
  2. Massage this mixture in the bowl for 1-3 minutes to soften the stiff leaves.
  3. Add lemon zest, parmesan, lemon juice and avocado and toss.
