  • 1 ounce tequila
  • 4 ounces fresh grapefruit juice
  • 4 ounces sparkling water
  • ½ ounce lime juice
  • ½ ounce agave nectar
  • 1 teaspoon Tajín, or coarse salt - to rim the glass

Pasos

  1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of a glass.
  2. Add Tajín or coarse salt to a small plate.
  3. Dip the rim of the glass in the Tajín.
  4. Fill the glass with ice.
  5. Add the tequila, grapefruit juice, sparkling water, lime juice and agave nectar.
  6. Use a spoon to stir all of the ingredients together in the glass. Serve immediately.
