What you’ll be doing: 

  • Meet weekly with a cohort of interns who are passionate about making waves in media
  • Meet with Tastemade teams to learn the ins and outs of the business. 
  • Build meaningful relationships with the Tastemade team and otherwise. 
  • Present a culminating project to the Tastemade team as an overview of your summer
  • Support with community management on all social platforms including; Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, Pinterest, and Twitter 
  • Program and help write copy for social media posts on all platforms 
  • Report on competitors’ social media presence 
  • Assist in research and ideation of new content for our social media channels 
  • Assist in creating and designing Instagram story formats for our specific Instagram pages
  • Outreach to relevant social media influencers and/or content creators to leverage content for reposting and sharing across Tastemade social channels. 
  • Participate in creative brainstorms 
  • Learn about social media data analysis and help pull metrics weekly


What you'll bring:

  • Gain experiential knowledge, practice time, and shadowing opportunities 
  • Present a culminating project presented to the Tastemade team 
  • Meet with the finance team to learn the ins and outs of the Tastemade business
  • Learn business finance, analytical frameworks and financial modeling within Adaptive Insights;
  • Understand how to create a viable business model, determine funding needs, and calculate return on capital.
  • The intern will be provided training on:
    • Identifying the traits of a viable business model
    • Cornerstone financial concepts like margins, growth rates, trend analyses, etc.
    • Cutting edge industry tool for finance planning, budgeting tools, and Adaptive Insights
    • Financial modeling, reporting and related quantitative analyses, including 3 statement model (Income Statement,Balance Sheet,Cash Flow) and budgets
    • Additional financial and analytical training as needed

    • Direct Sales: Familiarize yourself with sales strategy and the general brand pitch, client prospecting, category and competitor analysis, and RFP development (requests for proposals)
    • Revenue Operations: Understand the numbers behind specific deals and overall salesforce. Learn how to price a deal, how revenue is recognized, what a budget is, and how to use Excel
    • Account Management: Learn to develop creative and strategic media plans and RFP responses that meet advertiser's KPIs (key performance indicators). Learn about post-sale campaign management, creative scheduling, media trafficking, optimizations and reporting
    • Brand Strategy: Learn to bring creative, innovative, and tactical program ideas to life through the writing and packaging of strong proposals; learn how to understand clients’ measurable KPIs (key performance indicators) while identifying Tastemade tactics most effective for those goals
    • Research: Learn about how research insights inform the pre-sale and post-sale process of a campaign. The Research Team is responsible for providing Tastemade with proprietary data, insights around our audience, content performance, and platform insights, as well as to inform the Sales teams on general trends within the media industry and across our core verticals.
    • Content Partnerships: Learn to manage the client and content process post-sale, including daily social content, in addition to long-form content for our digital streaming platforms, white label assets, events, and influencer social rallies. We’ll work to balance the needs of the client with the Tastemade brand and process throughout the project cycle.

Supervising Producer, Logistics

What you’ll be doing: 

A Tastemade Supervising Producer, Logistics is a highly experienced industry leader who is an expert in production execution of digital content. This position will oversee the day-to-day operations across multi-million dollar productions and must have proven success in collaborating with brands and cross-functional teams.

Creative Production Workflow

  • Collaborate with Platform and Tastemade Streaming Network  Executives, Production Leads, 3rd party crews and Tastemade’s brand and sales teams to create original, high-quality content based on programming needs
  • Along with the Head of Production and our LP team, develop budgets and track costs across multiple assigned production, to ensure all projects stay on time and on budget
  • Attend all cost report meetings and speak to potential budget overages
  • Manage scheduling, coordination, workflow, and deadlines for multiple projects and shoots simultaneously
  • With the Head of Production, develop and adapt onboarding and workflow documentation for freelance producers as well as documentation for Live Productions and IG Social Rallies
  • With the Head of Production, work cross-departmentally to drive improvements in production quality, processes, and systems to build efficiencies and cost reductions
  • Day-of oversight on all short form branded and original shoots
  • Post Producer oversight (working with Post Team on workflow and schedule etc)
  • Communicate effectively with the Content Partnerships team for any client asks or product integration
  • Aligning and collaborating with the TMSN team on social asset requirements
  • Ability to work both in the office during prep and in the field while on location
  • If called upon, has the experience and ability to produce projects in pre-production or post (if no producer, this role covers the project)
  • Fixing producer decks, when needed
  • Handle overflow budgeting and scheduling from LPs
  • Logistical oversight on Tastemade book projects and other new business

Personnel and Crew Sourcing

  • Through the life of a project, manage a staff of producers, crew members and editors
  • Lead all aspects of management activities that include hiring, onboarding, and career development of direct reports
  • Onboarding 1-5 producers per week
  • Sourcing the hiring producers across all verticals
  • Management of internal direct reports, 13-20 freelance direct reports

What you’ll be doing:

What you’ll be doing: 

Tastemade is looking for a motivated Media Buying/Digital Media Coordinator to assist with all aspects of campaign delivery: setting up campaigns, monitoring pacing to ensure delivery and making adjustments based on performance. The Coordinator will be the primary support for Tastemade’s Media Buyer. Success is measured by the ability to accurately coordinate campaigns for clients while working alongside Account Management, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Brand Strategy during the entire campaign life cycle.

  • Assisting with trafficking and set-up of video campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, YouTube, Twitter, and TikTok. Set-up and pacing of media campaigns in Google Ads Manager.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to ensure the highest possible performance, while pacing campaign delivery and budget.
  • Reconcile tracking/reporting between internal and 3rd parties and investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies between ad-servers.
  • QA and troubleshoot 3rd party tags (DoubleClick, Sizmek, Innovid, etc.) and assets provided by the advertiser.
  • Meet with platform partners to stay up to date on the latest social media advertising products/capabilities
  • Communicate with Tastemade’s outsourced AdOps team

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required (Math, Business, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Marketing or Advertising preferred)

  • Work closely with the Head of Product to create and execute on the product roadmap
  • Integrate the technology of ChefsFeed, a company Tastemade acquired in late 2020
  • Evaluate technologies and tradeoffs to make and execute on key decisions about streamlining, optimizing, and scaling our technology, taking into consideration cost and performance.
  • Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency
  • Build quality assurance, security, and data protection processes
  • Monitor KPIs and IT budget to assess technological performance

What You'll Bring:

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Set clear objectives, identify audience targets and set positioning and engagement strategies across a wide range of content types.
  • Collaborate with leaders across multiple teams to drive integrated marketing programs with impactful outcomes that deliver against key brand metrics. 
  • Use foundational brand strategy and insight work to guide global and go-to-market strategies. Stay closely attuned to key brand metrics and performance against targets.
  • Lead and ideate brand positioning and messaging, and an overall strategy for brand-driven growth, in partnership with Insights, Creative, and other teams.
  • Execute campaigns that are both highly creative and on brand 
  • Gather, analyze and apply relevant customer insights and data in collaboration with research team to help define effective and innovative strategic marketing approaches
  • Build and implement strategies that provide the most advantageous opportunity to gain significant and valid recognition by our audiences and the industry

What you’ll bring:

  • 12+ years experience driving large-scale global marketing programs for world-class and well-loved consumer brands with an emphasis in TV and streaming marketing
  • Strategic brand thought-leader and storyteller, able to see the big picture, propose innovative solutions to complex problems, and articulate clear goals, insights, plans and achievements to a senior exec audience.
  • Experience managing a company's brand identity 
  • Excellent communicator and compelling storyteller. Experience presenting to senior leaders.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assist Account Executives in guiding and consulting clients on when and how to leverage Tastemade’s ad product suite to maximize results based on client objectives.

What you’ll be doing: 

  • Lead UI and UX design across Tastemade’s growing suite of products. This is a critical role with tons of visibility—your work will be shipped to millions of people around the world who care about taste.
  • Work closely with product management to understand requirements, rapidly iterate on prototypes, and ultimately translate them into pixel-perfect designs to be implemented by engineering.
  • Evolve and grow Tastemade’s design system to ensure consistency and quality across products and platforms.
  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research to supplement your design intuition with data.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of design experience at world-class consumer technology or media companies.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with Sales and other internal teams to develop creative and strategic media plans and RFP responses that meet advertiser KPIs including pricing, targeting and inventory needs  
  • Client point of contact for all post-sale campaign management including, but not limited to, client handling, asset and tag delivery, internal resource scheduling, setting KPI benchmarks, recommending optimizations, monitoring performance, billing and delivery questions and overall responsibility for timely delivery of all client deliverables
  • Develop understanding of internal sales process, as well as competitors and marketplace conditions
  • Establish relationships with agencies and advertiser clientele 
  • Develop a thorough expertise of Tastemade’s ad product offerings and apply this understanding to plan building and execution
  • Assist Sales team with research discovery and data pulls, used to strengthen campaign recommendations

What you’ll bring:

  • 2-3 years of digital sales experience or Account Management experience preferred 
  • Possess a strong understanding of and enthusiasm for online advertising
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and has strong organizational skills - able to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment, while handling multiple projects simultaneously
  • Possesses both analytical and creative thinking skills, key to developing successful media plans for clients
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, employees, clients and third party vendors
  • Proficiency with Excel, Google Docs, Keynote, and Microsoft Office Suite
